My Toshiba satellite cd/dvd rom wont open?

To open the CD\DVD drive manually insert a straightened paper clip into the small hole which will be near the button you usually use to open the drive. It will then just pop out. If the laptop is still under warranty maybe you could take it back to the store? Hope this helps! :)
