How long can Ferrets be in the car ?

mine have been in a car for 2 hours before and they were fine.. they could go a long amount of time if they have food and water and such.. they just fall asleep.. when i brought my first ferret she came up on a train and the train ride went for a bit over 2 hours.. they may stress a little at first but make them feel comfy.. with blankets and toys and stuff in the carrier and they will just go to sleep.. :)

Recording in HD from Sky tv onto disc?

I'm presently recording some programmes from the hard drive on Sky tv through a scart connection but was wondering if I can get them in HD just for the sake of better quality. They're recorded on the tv HDMI2 in HD but didn't know if I could (or how to even) record them in HD onto the dvd recorder. I'm afraid I'm not very technical just took me a week figuring out how to do it with two scart leads. My tv has only 1 scart socket. I have my xbox connected to HDMI1 with an HDMI cable rather than scart if that means anything.

Low milk supply..help please?

I was wondering if I could increase my milk supply by hand expressing and pumping. I get less than half an ounce. I stopped breastfeeding for a month (had planned to stop, but have changed my mind), and it is very low and my 6 month old daughter will not nurse at all. She just yells and screams. With my first daughter i have never gotten any rude looks or rude comments, i breastfed her until she was 16months when she then self weaned. You should find out. Zoom happens either optically or digitally. Optical zoom is a matter of mechanically moving one lens in relation to a second lens. If you remove the lens assembly you will lose that ability, but that is what to expect of a prime lens. The 12MP sensor should give you all the resolution you could possible need. If the CCTV lens can be controlled manually, I would think that this is a worthwhile project.

Why would I record audio externally?

Because most of the lower end cameras (and a lot in general apparently) don't have very good audio quality, and so when you use a device whose sole purpose is audio recording even some of the cheaper ones will sound better than the audio you would get from just the camera.

Momma cat adopts stray kitten?

Why is drinking so popular?

I really do not understand it. From what I know about it makes you sick, has a bitter taste to it, weakens your senses, and can become addictive. What could be causing my Bowel problems?

I had my appendix removed in April. They also removed adhesions that were making my intestines stick to my abdominal wall. 2 weeks after, I start having less bowel movements. I would have a small one maybe once per week. I've had a lot of bloating and pressure and burning type pain in my abdomen. Went to ER a few days ago. They did an enema. It barely worked. The next day I drank a bottle of magnesium citrate. All that came out was water and a few small stools. I did an enema the next day. I had a medium sized movement. Mostly liquid. Yesterday I had a small regular. My stool has been green for a few days. Haven't eaten anything green or food coloring blue. Still very bloated feeling. It hurts in gallbladder/liver area. Gallbladder removed 5 years ago. I'm always tired and sleepy. No energy at all. Also get cold easily. Could adhesions have grown back and constricting my intestines? What should I do? I'm sure the doc will just blow it off. ER said my entire colon was packed with stool. I don't have the urge to go. Appetite is small also. Think I need surgery? By the way, I've been trying stool softeners, milk of magnesia, enema, magnesium citrate, more water, more fiber, and more exercise. Nothing at all is helping.

Losing baby fat help?

OK, I will try to keep this clean lol. I had a baby a tad over a month ago, and I am trying to get back in shape. I recently resumed my daily jogging which is almost 5 miles a day, but in addition to losing the ten baby pounds, I'm hoping to, no praying to firm up the chest again. I am still lactating and having strength issues, so I was wondering if stair push ups are as effective as regular pushups? I'm just not at the point where I can do regular pushups yet since alot of my nutrition is going into milk production? If that makes sense? I'm 16 by the way so I don't have a huge budget for paranormal stuff but I bought a pretty nice voice recorder from a pawn shop for 15 dollars and it works great but I tried some evp's at my house and I understand that my house might not hold any entities but I tried an old barn and a cemetary and can't get anything. I use audacity to clear it up but if you don't catch anything, you have nothing to clear up. Now I don't have my full license yet, just day license so these short investigations where in the day. I could do my homes evp's at night but haven't yet. My friend's house had his bathroom water turn on by itself while I was there and we might try some evp's there. Any tips on how to capture them? Panasonic dvd recorder problem?

I have a model DMR-EZ485V Panasonic DVD recorder. the problem is whenever i'm in the middle of a movie, it stops and the unit says U99. then i turned it of and turned it back on and it took forever to load. Whenever it finally came back on it said F60 and it will not function at all. I need to get the disk out because it isn't mine. the only thing i can do with the unit is unplug it and it just does the same thing all over again. it also won't reset. please help

My 6 month old has me up in the night every 2 hours HELP?

My baby use to sleep from 7pm until 1am, have a bottle at 1am then sleep until 7am which was not bad at all. Now for the past 2 weeks he's been waking up every 2 hours. I have tried EVERYTHING I can think of. His usual bedtime is 7.30pm so I've tried putting him to bed a bit later, I've bathed him before bed every night with lavender oils, I've tried to feed him up as much in the day as I can. I've tried to keep him active as much as I can during the day, I even bought a baby bouncer jumperoo to see if that would tire him out, he uses that A LOT and is sooo active but still wakes up during the night. I've taken him for walks just before bed. I've put him on hungry milk, I've put him on goodnight milk. He barely even naps in the day and if he does its for like 10-20 minutes at a time, he just has sooo much energy!! It seems like when he does wake up in the night that he's not even hungry, he will just have 1oz of milk then go back to sleep, but will not go back to sleep until he's had that 1oz. He spits him dummy out and refuses to have that instead of milk. The room temperature's right for him and everything, his diet is fine, he has a rusk and milk before bed to ensure he's settled and full. I just don't no what to do anymore. I' am completely destroyed, and there's never a break for me as my partner works a lot and its difficult to get a babysitter. PLEASE HELP? I will appreciate and take any ideas on bored! Thank you :)

Why do I scream in my sleep?

I'm 18 now, but since I was about 10 I've been screaming in my sleep nearly every night! And it's got worse as I've got older. I don't know what's wrong with me because I don't remember having a nightmare of any kind. I bought the iphone app sleep recorder and found myself screaming every night something along the lines of 'no no please don't hurt me!' I am having issues teaching my three and a half year old daughter patience. If she asks for something and I can't get it for her right away she gets angry, starts crying and freaks out. Diet help please, 135 pound female?

During winter break I tried an orange diet for a week and dropped from 148 to 135. I'm usually 115 - 120 but I gained tons of weight when I started birth control and I think also because I was eating unhealthy food living in the dorms since I didn't have a car first semester and ate what they sold on campus. I've been trying to lose the weight since jan. I'm 5'5, I'm 20 years old and I currently weigh 135. I do workout everyday for an hour and a half and for breakfast I eat a 1/2 cup of cherrios with 1% milk, for lunch I have light yogurt (110 cal) with 3 cut up strawberries and a banana cut up and for dinner I usually have a sandwich with swiss cheese (90 cal), wheat bread, a little light mayo, onions, and turkey. I was thinking of trying a carrot diet for a week, would it work as well as my orange diet?? And don't say this is unhealthy please I ate only oranges but I also took multivitamins, fiber, and protein for that week. To give you a look on my metabolism: I urinate probably 15 times a day and I do the other thing around 4 to 5 times a day. Advice please? Oh and the ten pounds I lost during winter break I know it wasn't just muscle cause I lost inches and looked skinnier in general.

So lately ive been unemployed and able to sleep till i wanna wake up. Problem is i still cant get enough sleep. on average id say ive been getting about 4-5 hours of solid sleep and another hour or two of sleep seperated by tossing and turning. About a week ago i started having sex before sleep and it worked fine i mean cant go wrong. But now even that has not helped my sleep, i just end up horny and tired. I know its not my bed cause ive had it for 2 years and never had any troubles. Other than night-quil and a glass of Jose Quervo Black im outa ideas. And i found jose night quil not very fun, almost scary cause i didnt remember going to bed at all. Thankfully i woke up my fiance. Also tried hot milk. Tastes like melted butter. Any better ideas?

Why does my Stepfather/stepfather's family/ hate me?

Okay, I'm going to start this off by saying that I need some clarification on how to deal with him and his parents, because frankly, this pisses me off. He doesn't like my taste in music, and flat out refused to lend me money AFTER I had cleaned the house up so I could buy a Dead Kennedy's CD, because he doesn't like the 'noise' I play. We got in to a fight over how I don't do well in school, and how I refuse to conform in a uniform public school (don't ask me how that works) And tossed my Doc Martens across the house, and yelled at me. and it's always been this way, and when he found out I smoked, he basically looked at me and said "Your a disappointment" And started shunning me all these years. I come home with my nose pierced, he yells and says it's 'not ethical' and that No one would hire me at a job with that piece of metal sticking out of my face (I then later got a call from a music store and had gotten hired, and acted a little smug) And then there's the grandparents, now, don't get me wrong, I love them, but the littlest brother gets all of their attention, they talk to him, and the last time I visited them they said a total of six words to me, then they got mad after I had told them that the milk they had was sour. I try my hardest to be nice to them and to not swear around them, but the last fight I had involved all of them, I said '**** off and stop telling me how to live my life' and I stormed out of the house, then later when I returned, they where talking about me and how I was 'wild'' and that I needed discipline. What the **** is their problem anyways? I've had diarrhea for 3 days now. I have no other symptoms. I'm 31 weeks pregnant and on modified bed rest for preterm labor. I have had contractions on and off but nothing too serious. The baby has been moving perfectly fine. I went to my ob office yesterday and I am in perfect health according to the midwife. I have increase mucous like discharge but my water has not broken. The baby is engaged. Am I getting ready to go into labor? Also, I was bottling my leaking colostrum since I think it'd be stupid to let it go to waste and giving to my toddler who is 21 months old (I have been just sitting with a bottle underneath my nipples to catch it I have not expressed it) but now it turned from yellow to clearish white so my actually breast milk is coming in. Is this labor? I was induced with my first so I don't know what the signs of labor are. OB office doesn't seem too concerned.

Yes it is very healthy but it doesn't seem like enough calories. When losing weight I suggest eating at least five/four small meals a day. You should have had lunch. If your body doesn't get a sufficient amount of calories then you go in starvation mode and end up storing fat. I'm a vegetarian also and I get my protein from soy milk, veggie meat and iron from nuts (legumes) But overall your plan is good and very healthy.

Why aren't my videos from my SD card importing onto my laptop?

I recorded a couple videos with a camera/recorder and they are saved on an SD card along with some pictures. I stuck the SD card into my computer and the little box pops up with options such as "Import Pictures" as usual. I clicked import pictures and when they downloaded, only the pictures showed up with "MOV File (.MOV)" instead of file name "Video Clip (.AVI)" . Where are the videos? Why didn't they show up? And there's no option in the box that says "Import Videos" either. I searched my whole computer and the videos wont save to my computer. But they're still on my SD card. I do not have a USB cable and I'm wondering what to do. I tried to use open and view, then copy and paste them to a known location (My Documents, Video files, Desktop Etc .) still no change.

I got a call saying that I moved to a finalist round of a sweepstakes I did. Then after the lady was done explaining everything she said she was transferring me over to her supervisor to take a survey of how she did and stuff. He asked me questions like my age group and marital status. Then he said I had won some free magazines and he started talking really fast and he asked for my card number to have on file for when the trial ends and I had to say some numbers to a recorder it was really weird. I wasn't trying to give him a hard time tho because I know how customer service is and I know he was just trying to get his job done...so I thought. I check my account daily and when I looked there was an authorized price of almost $70 pending for "free" magazines that I don't even want! So I panicked and called the number and the lady said they committed to the magazine companies that I would pay and they couldn't cancel it because I okayed the whole thing and that I have to pay this for 5 years! I'm like WHAT?! No o e told me anything about this so she said she'll cut the price down to $20. And I'm like no! Video/Cassette Recorder Data Help?

My dad has a Video Cassette Recorder/Dvd Recorder RDR-VX535, and one day he found a disk that the computer said was an empty disc but when he put the "empty" disk into the recorder, the recorder was able to play it, so he probably assumed that the computer cannot read the data code in the disk since it was copied from one of those old-fashioned large black tape thingies that takes a long time to rewind or fast-forward. My dad tried to save it into the computer so he can edit it with Videostudio, but his HDMI thing did not work as the jacks are only outports, so the DVD recorder cannot connect with the computer, only the monitor. Is there a way to transport the data from the so-called "Empty" disk into readable data that can be saved into the computer?

Help with digital voice recorder?
