Online audio recorder to record songs for itunes?

Hey Im looking for an online recorder I can either use online or download for free. What I would like to do would be to record a song on youtube by playing it at the same time and save it to my itunes to put on my ipod. I dont even know if thats possible but im hoping so !!!! Can anyone help me? Thanks :)
