HELP WITH KAGAMINE RIN COSPLAY?

hey i need help with my kagamine rin cosplay. i got the wig covered, and the shorts, but i need the top i dont kno how imma do that? i either need to buy or make it. HELP? (also please dont post a link to a cosplay outfit that includes the shorts, i dont want to waste my money)
