CHEAP VOCALOID COSPLAY?!!!?

Ok well, about a week or 2 ago I went to this anime convention so I had to buy some cosplay (which is outragousss!!!) So my dad wanted to take me to another convention but I dont wanna go unless I have a costume and plz dont tell to go without a costume!!! I want a cheap like around 30$ Rin kagamine cosplay~
