Can I use my laptop as a mic for my ps3?

i dont have a mic or anything to buy it with either like money so i was wondering, if i could use my notebook laptop asa mic since it has a built in mic n cam, i was htinking i could plug my contrlle rin thier with the charger cord (when i do i can play emulators with it) and n route my mic to it soemhow?
